pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de desarrollo rura<span style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);\">l\u00bb organizado por CEPAL y FIDA en la ciudad de Panam\u00e1 el 29 y 30 de marzo, para fortalecer las capacidades, las herramientas metodol\u00f3gicas y de an\u00e1lisis, as\u00ed como la agenda regional del tema en la medici\u00f3n de la nueva ruralidad propuesto por CEPAL.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p narrativas para una transformaci\u00f3n rural en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe\u201d, se divide en dos componentes principales:<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\">&#8211;\u00a0<b>La nueva ruralidad<\/b>, cuyo objetivo es entender las implicaciones de la reciente transformaci\u00f3n de los espacios rurales en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe para el dise\u00f1o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y los determinantes para una asignaci\u00f3n de fondos p\u00fablicos a favor de un desarrollo territorial rural.<\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\"><b>&#8211; Brechas estructurales<\/b>, cuyo objetivo es contar con protocolos de an\u00e1lisis de brechas estructurales en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe, con especial \u00e9nfasis en brechas territoriales en el contexto de las transformaciones explicitadas a trav\u00e9s de la teor\u00eda de la nueva ruralidad.<\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\">Como FUNDESEM nos proponemos trabajar para contribuir a definir la agenda para establecer los limites y los alcances de la definici\u00f3n de ruralidad para generar un trabajo anal\u00edtico sobre las transformaciones recientes de la ruralidad en los pa\u00edses de renta media como Guatemala, \u00a0en busca de favorecer un di\u00e1logo regional con ministerios de finanzas, de desarrollo y planificaci\u00f3n territorial, bancos centrales y oficinas de estad\u00edsticas, para la reducci\u00f3n de la pobreza rural y la desigualdad, con un especial \u00e9nfasis en la dimensi\u00f3n fiscal y su relevancia para una transformaci\u00f3n de los patrones de pol\u00edticas
